Spacious single room available in the absolute heart of Jericho from now until September. £560 per month plus bills (about £30 per month).

The house is on a peaceful side street, just a couple of minutes away from cafes, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. A really great location!

You would be sharing with 4 postgraduate students from the University of Oxford, who are all friendly, sociable, and clean.

The room on offer is spacious with lots of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a bed that is slightly bigger than a normal single. However, the photos, fairy lights etc. won’t be staying as I’ll be moving out!

The rest of the house includes a big kitchen that’s equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a living area with a sofa, a TV, and some storage space, one large bathroom and one toilet, and a secure outside space to keep bikes.
