Large double in friendly house share in Jericho

We have a room available in our shared five-bedroom house in central Oxford. We are a ten minute walk from the rail station and city centre, and are perfectly placed for access to the Jericho pub and bar scene, the picturesque Port Meadow, and a range of great little shops and delis on Walton and Little Clarendon Street.

We’re a friendly, clean household who enjoy socialising over dinner and heading out for drinks together at our local.

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a spacious double bed (as shown in the ad). As a house, we share a large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, a garden and two bathrooms. We lease through Lucy Properties, a reliable agency in Oxford who are easy to deal with.

Rent prices do not include bills for council tax, energy, water, etc., which we split monthly.
