Room near Uni Parks 🌳

We have a room available from the start of July in our shared home in a beautiful, quiet and exclusive part of North Oxford, a stones throw from University Parks (10 mins walk to the City Centre, Jericho and Summertown).

The room faces out over the back garden, and is very quiet. There’s a sink in the room, which is very handy and the room is fully furnished. The building is a 4 storey Edwardian House, and our self-contained 4 bedroom flat is on the top 2 floors.

It is important to us that we find the right person to join us, as we all think of the house as our home. The current housemates are all in their twenties and we’re a mix of professionals and students.

The rent currently stands at £575 incl. all bills, internet and fortnightly cleaning of communal areas.
