2-month sublet: Double room from 1 July - 1 Sept

This is a short let from 1 July - 1 September for a double room over the academic summer break. The house is very spacious with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and some space in the cellar for a bike or storage if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dish washer, air fryer, microwave, oven-hob and lots of pans, plates and mugs. You wouldn't miss anything. The room comes furnished. The house is a college rental and currently occupied by graduate students. We want to avoid paying council tax. Wifi is covered through Eduroam. Rent per month is £850.
