• Shared use of bathroom, interconnected lounge/dining room, light, spacious and well-equipped kitchen opening onto mature garden; (14 x 6.5m). Gated side passageway for safe storage of bicycles. No off road parking.
• Postgraduate students and those working in the third sector are particularly welcome. Non-smokers only. Sorry no pets. Must be comfortable to live in a quiet household.
• Extension beyond 12 months may be possible by mutual agreement.
• £720 PCM + bills. Bills are expected to be between £65-90/month extra, depending upon your usage and energy price rises (bills cover gas/electric /water/ broadband – council tax will be paid by the owners). One month’s rent paid in advance as a deposit, rent to be paid monthly in advance by bank transfer, bills to be paid retrospectively based upon meter readings.
