We have a double room available for rent, and are looking for someone to move in from mid June 2025.
We're situated in Jericho, a vibrant part of Oxford with lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars. Port Meadow and the canal are on the doorstep, and it's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station.
The flat itself is spacious and modern, with a large communal kitchen/lounge area and a balcony.
The current housemates are all professionals (working in publishing, law and economics). We share a range of interests between us - including cycling, running, reading, attending talks, badminton, and watching TV shows. We're looking for a flatmate who is outgoing and friendly, as well as tidy and considerate :)
The room available is fully furnished, spacious, with a double bed, natural light and plenty of storage space. It has a spacious, shared bathroom (shared with one person). The rent is £790 per month for this room including broadband, and the next annual increase is expected in July 2025. Bills are approximately £80/month per person (for electricity and water). Council tax is £88/month per person. There is a security deposit of £800 per person. There is no car parking space included but parking may be obtainable in the local area.
