Description
We have a room available in our shared five-bedroom house in central Oxford. We are a ten minute walk (5 minute or less cycle!) from the rail station and city centre, and are perfectly placed for access to the Jericho pub and bar scene, the picturesque Port Meadow, and a range of great little shops and delis on Walton and Little Clarendon Street. We’re a friendly, clean household who enjoy socialising over dinner and heading out for drinks together at our local. Everyone works in different fields and comes from different backgrounds, but we all get along very well and love to occasionally cook nice dinners for one another, etc. LGBTQ-friendly.
The bedroom is bright and spacious with a skylight on the top floor of the house. It is furnished with a spacious double bed, closet, desk and even a sofa bed. As a house, we share a large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, a garden (with seating and fire-pit) and two bathrooms. We lease through Lucy Properties. The house itself is in very good condition. Rent prices do not include bills for council tax (Band D), energy, water, etc., which we split monthly.
We would prefer a female to move in beginning of April, annual contract until April 2025.

Justyna - Works for a homelessness charity, loves to run, do outdoor activities, visit pubs and importantly makes tasty sausage rolls.
Sara - History PhD, Irish, outside of reading about italy and germany, she loves to cook, craft, make fancy cocktails & watch (sometimes terrible) TV
Mike - Research analyst who loves to run, watch sports, visit pubs and occasionally bake. Known to grow the finest moustache on Juxon Street
Steve - a biochemist who can be found spotting birds, playing at an open mic or getting excited at new growth on his plants
