A room with a view in Jericho!

Come and see our beautiful house in Jericho!

I am incredibly sad to be leaving as I was intending to stay for at least another year, having been here for a year already, but sadly my circumstances have changed.

We are located in the heart of Jericho, a few minutes walk away from the canal and Port Meadow, and only a few steps from some of the best coffee in Oxford.

We are a household of lovely women and we are looking for another woman to move in please. LGBTQ+ friendly, ND friendly! We are all professionals in our late 20's to early 30's and have a varied range of interests- dancing, yoga, coffee drinking, reading, drawing, travelling etc etc.

We like a relatively quiet house, with a mix of hanging out for film nights or the occasional drink in the garden/trip to the pub, with also having our own space and getting good sleeps. We are not a party household! At least, not at our house ;)

We split the bills and currently they are approx £120 a month. This includes gas and elec, internet, council tax, water- everything you need to pay. Our electricity bill has just gone down which is great, so it may be even less than that soon.

Our letting agent is Lucy's who are really great, very responsive and excellent at getting anything fixed or replaced. It's been very easy to let with them which has been amazing, as other letting agents have been a real nightmare.

There is currently one person in the house with a parking permit and when I leave you'll be able to get one and it will cover you for the whole JE area.

The room is the attic room with lots of floor space and even space for yoga! Good wardrobe and under bed space and there's a desk, a long mirror, two sets of drawers, a heater, a fan and a tall lamp.
