Hello everyone. We are currently looking for a new tenant in our excellent modern apartment in Walton Well Road, Jericho (near the Oxford canal walk).

Move in date: 01 November 2024 (you will be replacing a current housemate who has changed job and moving to London. We can also consider 25 October as the earliest move in date)

Apartment: 1 ensuite bedroom (my partner and I live in this one), 1 double bedroom with a detached bathroom (this one is up for rent, green tick on floor plan), spacious living room and joint kitchen, a ground floor sun terrace and plenty of cycle parking space in the basement (no car park). The apartment is fitted with washer, dryer, oven, microoven, dish washer, fridge and freezer.
Cost: 1200 GBP/month in total including rent+electricity+water+council tax+internet

PS: There is a small dog living in the property. If you are allergic to dog, this might not be the place for you.
