Fantastic bedroom in a wonderful houseshare.

Great room with a double bed (& under bed storage), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a bookcase cabinet, plus a sash window that faces into the back garden.

The house has two bathrooms, a large shared living / dining / kitchen space, big garden with patio furniture & BBQs. It’s a short walk from town, train station & Port Meadow, and on a lovely street, quiet but never deserted. It’s just round the corner from a cinema, cafes, small supermarkets - really wonderful location.

There are spaces at the front of the house for storing bikes, and the room has a parking permit available for drivers. Wi-Fi connection in the room is very speedy for both Netflix and wfh days!

You would be living with a lovely group of girls - friendly, tidy, sociable & busy - we are all independent but we also enjoy spending time together as a house, getting together to watch TV in the evenings (current favourites include Our Flag Means Death, Selling Sunset and Drag Race), cooking a meal together or going for a drink at the weekend.

Move in date 1st April (or as soon as possible), contract until March 2025. Rent is £770 pcm and bills come to around £70-90 each month. Council tax band D and deposit is £709. Landlord is Lucy Properties.
