Beautiful room in Jericho

Looking for a beautiful room in central Jericho, next to the buzzing, slightly hipster cafes and shops in Walton Well Road, and just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Oxford? We are looking for a young professional in their mid-to-late-twenties or early thirties to take over the room left over by our former flatmate who is moving abroad.

We are a group of three friendly and outgoing professionals aged 25 to 30. We like to invite people over for chill dinner parties and hang out together. That said, we are also respectful of each other's schedules and keep the noise down after 10 pm.

Our ideal flatmate would be an easy-going, friendly young professional who is sociable and easy to hang out with. We cannot accommodate smokers or pets, because our contract doesn't allow it, and for the same reason, we also can't accept couples. If you are the kind of person who enjoys a casual chat when bumping into your flatmates, and if you are not afraid to introduce yourself when we invite a random assortment of people to our living room for an impromptu Sunday roast — then we want to hear from you!

The flat is recently built and even more recently renovated, the landlord is lovely, and the place quickly feels like home. We have an amazing, spacious kitchen with modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc), and a very cosy living room. The bathroom is shared with one other person (two of the rooms have en-suites). The price for the room is not inclusive of bills (currently we are paying ~£60-80 pcm on average, including heating, water and broadband) and also doesn't include council tax (Band E, works out to about £75 a month). The lease will be renewed in July, which will probably lead to a slight increase in rent (last year it was ~£30).

We are expecting significant interest in this room, as it is honestly one of the nicest flats we have ever lived in, so please be mindful that we may want to meet some of you over video call before inviting you in.
