Bright Room in Jericho Flat

Hi!

We're looking for a flatmate to fill a double room in a lovely Jericho flat from August. The flat is fully furnished and features a large shared lounge plus good sized kitchen with dishwasher and a combined washing machine/tumble drier. There is also a balcony overlooking the canal which catches the evening sun.

The available bedroom features a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and shares the main bathroom with one other person.

You would be sharing with an aerospace engineer in the motorsport industry and a biotech venture capitalist. They are both easy to get along with and work quite long hours at times, but are always up for a chat.

Both professionals and students are welcome, but either way you would be expected to contribute to the council tax, which is £99.33/person/month. Other bills are not included in the rent but the flat is modern and fairly efficient.

Unfortunately the single allocated parking space is already in use.
