Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to sign a 12-month contract starting on September 1st, when my current flatmate will be leaving. I’m looking for someone clean, friendly and reliable; PhD students preferred. This is a 2-bedroom + 2-bathroom apartment, and I will be the other tenant.

• Rent: £925/month pp (utilities separate, usually £90-100/month pp)

• Location: Foundry House, Walton Well Road, OX2 6AQ (in Jericho, just 2 minutes away from the canals and from Port Meadow; 10-15 minutes from Uni Parks and the Science Area)
• Contract length: 12 months, from September 1st, 2024

• Facilities: large and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; washing machine; balcony; tv; reserved parking spot

• Pets: sadly not allowed, I’d love to have a cat :(

• Council tax: Exempt for full-time students; if you are a professional, you’ll have a 25% discount

About me: I’m a 25-yo PhD student in Theoretical Physics, and I’m Italian. I’m friendly, sociable and respectful. I’m fond of reading, watching movies and travelling. I enjoy doing some activities together with my flatmates every now and then, such as watching some series, going for a walk or playing boardgames.
