Room in Jericho overlooking the canal

Hi,

I am leaving Jericho after three years in this lovely flat and am looking for someone to replace me. The flat is spacious and airy with a balcony overlooking the street with views of the canal. It is situated just off Walton street, so it is quiet and peaceful but also just two minutes walk from shops, restaurants, pubs and the cinema. Additionally, it is just 10 minutes walk to the station, University parks and the centre of town. The block of flats is owned by Lucy properties and they are very good at fixing any sort of issues quickly and efficiently, as well as offering regular replacements if necessary. The flat is fully furnished and has lots of shelving space in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The flat has a washing machine and dishwasher, and has access to an underground parking garage. There is also space downstairs to store bikes, however, there is enough room in the flat to keep your bike as well.
My current flatmate works for the university and is very easy going.
Water is paid every six months, and electricity is monthly and comes to around £55 each. If a student, you would have a 50% discount from council tax. If not, it is split equally and we are in band B.
