Room available in Jericho

Hi, we are three professionals (Sean, Lauren and Andrea), in our '20s, looking for a new house mate to move in from 1st September 2024. We're looking for a replacement for our 4th housemate (not moving because of us!!)

The house is really great for a few reasons:

1- Big open plan kitchen and dining room, with natural wood floor, great natural light, dishwasher, washing machine and a gas hob.

2 - Two bathrooms so you only share with one other person.

3- Excellent agent. They own and manage the property and actively maintain the house and are really prompt with any repairs. This is a big plus from our experience of renting in Oxford!

4- Nice little garden with BBQ.

5- Excellent location just off Walton Street and 5-10 minutes' walk from the train and bus stations.

In terms of the vibe within the house we are easy going (happy for friends/ partners to visit/ stay over), generally pretty busy with work and considerate about the level of noise and mess in the house.

The house has a nice social vibe, and it would be nice to re-create that with the new house mate. We would love to find someone who is open to climbing, TV and film nights, as well as exploring the many pubs and cafes that Jericho has to offer.

The room is on the top floor, and rent is £748.46/month.

Council Tax Band: F

Bills on top are just over £80/ month pp for council tax and anywhere from £60-80/month pp for utilities (inc. internet) depending on the time of year. The deposit is about £438.

While the room isn't cheap, we reckon that the house, area and house mates are pretty cool! If you're interested get in touch.
