Beautiful and Spacious House in Jericho, Oxford

Hi! I'm moving out of this room in Jericho, and need someone to take over my tenancy ASAP. The room is spacious, full of natural light, and comes fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and chair. The ensuite comes with a bath/shower.

To be honest, this is probably the nicest house I've ever lived in. The house shared with Martin (an ideal housemate), itself is modern and well-maintained by the landlord himself. We've got a kitchen that's fully kitted out with all the usual appliances, a cozy living room with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, and an additional toilet downstairs, in addition to a spare room in the house for any guests. There's even a beautiful garden that's perfect for chilling out or having a BBQ.

The house is basically a 20 mins walk from all the necessities in Oxford (most of the University, the city center, the coach and train stations) The area is packed with great cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops. If you love the outdoors, Port Meadow and the Oxford Canal are literally 3 mins away for some scenic walks.

The room is available from now, but preferably the new tenant should be able to move in by the 1st August. The rent is £750/month, with all bills coming to £200 - £250/month. A guarantor will be needed for the paperwork as well.
