2 month sublet in Jericho - Sept-Nov

Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my double room in a shared house in Jericho for two months between Sept 5th and Nov 3rd (end date can be a bit flexible, give or take a day or two). My room is quite nice (I always get compliments on it!), and I have 3 other lovely housemates (1 female, 2 males, aged 28-37), and one beautiful cat. Location is amazing, side street off of Walton street, nearby many Jericho shops and restaurants ( and a 15 minute walk into city centre).

Rent and bills are £950 per month, so that's how much I'm asking for, and I'm hoping to get the same person in for the whole time if possible, or otherwise the majority of the time at least.

Preference for a female as hoping to keep the 50/50 gender balance of the house, but can make exceptions.

Ideally good with plants, as I have 20 houseplants in my room that you'll have to remember to water!

Flatmates are very nice and sociable and looking for someone respectful and responsible.
