I treasure this flat and room, but sadly will be moving to another country!

Perfectly central location in Jericho, with the best landlord company (Lucy Properties) -- I've lived here 3 years and they've been excellent.

The area is very quiet (zero traffic noise, overlooking the canal) -- but one block away from Walton Street shops, restaurants, and Prana Yoga studio. 5 Minutes to Port Meadow, 10 minutes walk to train station/city center.

We are in a modern 3-bedroom apartment in a gated development in Jericho, run by Lucy Properties.

This is literally the best room I've ever seen in Oxford. I'm so sad to leave.

Rent is 978 plus council tax (70) and utilties (±30) = ±1078 total

Your flatmates James and Nicola are fantastic. They are friendly, neat, and welcoming! We enjoy sharing dinner and tea together and exploring Oxford. Our neighbors in the building are also quite friendly. We look forward to meeting you. :-)

Note: Our flat is on the 3rd floor, so you will get lots of exercise walking up each day. I enjoy it, but a heads up if that's not for you.

Note: Lucy Properties requires you to provide a few references (employer, former landlord) and proof of residency in UK, and financials. For an Oct 1 move-in date, your application must be submitted by Sept 15.

IMPORTANT:

When you message me, please include the word "dolphin" to show you read the ad, and also be advised that you will need the following documents for Lucy properties:

1) college/employer reference
2) a current/previous landlord reference
3) a financial reference -- 6 months of bank statements

Please also state that you will indeed have these three documents ready by Sept 1st, as we will aim to choose a flatmate by this date!

If you decide to move out before the lease is up in mid April, you will be responsible for finding a replacement tenant. This place is in high demand, so it's not difficult to find a suitable replacement.
