There are three rooms (two bedrooms; 1 available for office space) and two bathrooms. The apartment has a spacious, communal kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer.

The apartment complex is maintained by Lucy properties and has communal bike storage and gardens.

The rent is £1300 per person per month. This does not include utilities / council tax which will be split between the two tenants. The room is rented through Lucy’s so tenant must be either a professional or student with sufficient funds.
