Room in beautiful house in Jericho

Hi! I’m leaving my room (863£ per month) in January and need someone to take over my tenancy until next august. The contract is renewable. The house is gorgeous in the perfect location: Jericho! Very safe area, close to port meadow. My flatmate is looking for someone responsible and considerate of the house. He’s the most amazing person! We also have an outdoor space that overlooks the canal. Neighbours are friendly families. We’d need someone to sign the contract asap. References are needed, including from your previous landlords/agents. With bills and council tax, the total amount will be around 1000£.
