Two Double Rooms Available in Jericho

Two Double rooms in Jericho (right by Port Meadow)!

Two of our flatmates’ rooms in our beautiful Jericho apartment are up for grabs as one is excitingly purchasing her first property and the other is on their way to Australia (not because of us, we promise!)!
Both rooms are fully-furnished double bedrooms with good-quality furniture and a large fitted wardrobe in each. One room is ensuite. For the other, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate. They’re part of a spacious upper-floor apartment, about fifteen minutes’ walk from the centre of town, and with an entrance to Port Meadow on our doorstep. The shared space is a large open-plan living room and kitchen with comfortable sofas, a scenic balcony, and a dishwasher!

You’d be joining our warm apartment family - two women in our twenties and early thirties, working as a teacher and software engineer, both of whom have lived here for at least a few years. We’re looking for new flatmates who are friendly, easy-going, tidy, and who’d value a homely place to relax after work. We enjoy spending our evenings together - an appreciation for terrible reality TV, board games, good walks/ pubs, and baking would make you an excellent fit!

Rent for the room with the shared bathroom is: £798.93

Rent for the ensuite is: £842.21

An equal share of council tax is £74.50 each, and bills currently come to just under £75 per month.

One room (the ensuite) is available from January and the other from February.

Neither come with a parking space, however previous flatmates have managed to rent their own spaces in the local area if needed.
