A housemate is moving out and a lovely double room on the top floor is available in a charming house on Juxon St. The house is fully furnished with living room, kitchen, and backyard with washing machine, dryer, stove, dishwasher, and vacuum included.
The room is cosy with a double bed and ample storage in the house and room itself. The room faces the backyard and is quiet and well-lit. There are two shared bathrooms (each with showers and toilets) between three people.
We are looking for preferably a female-identifying housemate who appreciates a calm and quiet house in a beautiful and historic area of Oxford. A Sainsbury's is around the corner and there are plenty of beautiful nature walks and charming pubs in the vicinity. The historic canal walk is a 2 min jaunt from the house and it's a 20 minute walk to Carfax Tower and 5 minute cycle. You will be enviously close to a number of adorable cafes and eateries in Jericho.
Rent is £706 pcm with utilities coming to just under £100 pcm (including water, gas, council tax) however this may be substantially less depending on the compositon of the household (Council Tax band D). Your housemates will comprise professionals/students in Oxford.
