About the housemates:
The flat currently houses two professionals and two PhD students, who share a 9am-6pm schedule. Everyone is friendly and social. We enjoy cooking, watching TV together, and the occasional board games! But equally we have time to ourselves and respect each other's privacy.
About you:
The room would suit someone who is a young professional or a mature PhD student. Please note if you are a student, you would still have to contribute to the council tax bill.
We are looking for someone of a similar age to us who keeps the common areas tidy, is quiet and respectful, but also enjoys socialising with their flatmates. It is important that we find someone who is looking for a homely dynamic to their flat share, rather than a hotel or college/university dorm-style arrangement.
