Looking for two to take over the flat URGENTLY, as my plans have changed and I am staying in my current household. Two, because that is the maximum number of tenants as per the lease.
The flat is:
- Council Tax Band D (disregard if you are a student)
- £1750/pcm
- Unsure about status of pets. Can inquire if that is pressing! Our landlord did not allow pets in our flat so it is unlikely, but it may be different for a more spacious two bedroom.
- Utilities are through Homebox
- in a VERY good and lovely neighbourhood. Deli/shop across the street, crafty building with rentable tools, an amazing pub that got a Michelin Star a few years ago, all within a 1 minute walk from each other. If you want a quiet but still accessible flat, this is going to be perfect for you.
- likewise, an extremely affordable price for this area, as it is one of the most expensive in Oxford.
- It overlooks a garden at the front entrance, but it is not *technically* accessible.
- One bathroom, not ensuite.
