Double room in beautiful, modern Jericho apartment

Hi! We are looking for a replacament flatmate for a two bedroom apartment in Jericho. The apartment is fully furnished to a modern standard and has been decorated well by the current occupants. Council tax band B. We are right by the bridge over the canal, so just a 10 minute walk to the railway station, or to the many shops, cafes, pubs and a small cinema in Jericho.

We have a balcony that is lovely to sit in in the warmer months, and a well-equipped kitchen. The landlord organises monthly yoga classes for tenants (free) and is great with responding to maintainence requests promptly.
