Double Room in Jericho

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract, which runs until 25 September 2025, with the option to extend through 2026.

The room is a double room in Jericho, a few minutes walk from Sainsbury's and Port Meadow. Bills are capped at £150 PCM (incl. council tax), but throughout my tenancy, the bills have never reached this cap.

The room is situated on the top floor of a 6 bed house, sharing with a mix of students and professionals. The room itself is spacious and light, with a double bed, large wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is stocked with equipment and includes a washer/dryer and a dishwasher! There are 2 bathrooms (shower, shower/bath, bidet) and an extra WC. There is space to store a bike on the patio at the back of the house.

The house is a great study space, and Jericho is a lovely area with excellent access to the town centre (15-20 minute walk). Summertown is also within walking distance, and buses to the surrounding area are 5-10 minutes walk away. The Canal path is a few minute walk away from the house, and gives access to the train station (10 minute walk) and is a great running route!
