Description
Room in a flat in Jericho available to let, from 2 June onwards. Thoughtfully designed to maximize living experience. There is also a gorgeous 3-year-old Golden Retriever at home.
The entire flat is normally kept in an exceptionally clean condition (and I have a range of professional tools to achieve that). My dog and I live in the other bedroom, which contains an extendable dining table, a 55 inch 4k TV, a PS5 Pro, a driving simulator (seat + steering wheel), and also 4 Sony speakers if a party demands them. I'm happy to share these with my flatmate. I can also swap room with you and let you have the other room instead (not shown in the pictures). Please note that there is no living room. Occasionally my girlfriend may visit from Spain (I took her dog from Spain to Oxford through the channel tunnel).
In general, I would kindly request a reference that explains how tidy you are before offering the room.
