Double room in Jericho

Hi! We’re looking for a replacement housemate in our 3 bed house in Jericho, as our current housemate is moving away for work. The house is fully furnished, and has a lovely shared kitchen, living room, balcony, and patio seating area.

We’re just a 15 minute walk from the station and Oxford centre, and a minute to the nearest shops, cafes, pubs and cinema in Jericho.

We’re two professionals (24 and 25) working for the university in medical research. We’re both easy going, sociable, and active - looking for someone similar to join us.

Bills are not included but usually around £150 per month (Council tax band E). The tenancy has 4 months left (June to September) but with the possibility of renewing for another year.
