Hi everyone,

We're looking for someone to join our lovely shared house in Jericho, one of Oxford’s best neighbourhoods. The house has four bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a cosy living room, one bathroom, and an extra WC. Best of all, it comes with an absolutely amazing garden – truly a highlight, especially in the warmer months!

You'll be sharing with three professionals: two of us are connected to the University, and one works in engineering. We’re a friendly, easygoing household with a relaxed and respectful vibe.

The house is well-equipped with:

Plenty of bike storage
A dishwasher
A cleaner
Double glazing (a must for our continental friends!)
Moderate bills
Close proximity to Port Meadow, local shops, and Oxford Station
Honestly, it’s hard to fault this place – I’m genuinely sad to be leaving. I’m only moving out because my job now requires me to be in London five days a week.

Current contract is until 10 July 2026. It is £725 + bills but they balance at around £900 altogether. Cleaner comes once a week. Everything is shared fairly. This property pays council tax and you will be included.
