Sadly I will soon leave my beautiful house in Jericho and I am looking for a new tenant to replace me on the current contract. The house is in Juxon Street, 15min walk from the city centre and shared with two other lovely PhD students. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, separate livingroom and a nice garden. My room is a big double bedroom on the ground floor. Entry date for replacement tenant is October/November flexible, and the current contract ends in July. I am likely looking as well for a short sublet for around October (dates negotiable), in case it takes longer to find a replacement tenant, so please do reach out if you are interested in that too.
