I am moving to Bristol to start a new job and so will be leaving my room in Jericho.
The home is a beautiful and recently renovated town house on Juxon Street. All the application in the kitchen are brand new. The garden is actually enormous for a house so central and is cared for by the letting agents.
The social spaces have all been fully furnished by us and the bedroom will come with the bed in the images as this is from the landlord.
The additional furniture is my own but can be included for a cost.
This has been one of my favorite places I've lived, Jericho is a lovely and lively neighborhood. The main street is around the corner and has loads of bars and cafes.
The canal is a minute down the road, with port meadow slightly beyond that for some amazing walks.
The 2 current housemates are Sam and Freddie. They both work in kidlington and are a joy to live with. They are both very active, going running, cycling, walking and climbing most days. We spend a lot of time in the living room and kitchen socializing and have spent a lot of time and effort to make the house feel like a home. Love a Saturday morning park run and a mid week pub trip so would hopefully have someone who would want the same.
Will hopefully organise some viewings soon.

All bills (Gas, water, electricity, wifi, and council tax) comes to around £200pm
The contract is until February!
