One room in central Jericho

We are looking for one new housemate for our 5-bedroom house in central Jericho - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Oxford and 10 minutes to Oxford train station.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, neat and tidy. As a house we enjoy occasionally grabbing a drink together, going to a pub quiz, punting, or the cinema.

The available first-floor bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and good natural light from the window. It shares a bathroom with two other bedrooms (there is a second bathroom downstairs for the other two rooms).

The house has a large shared kitchen (with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer), a living room with a wall-mounted smart TV, and a back garden with a small patio- perfect for the occasional BBQ or quiet reading session with a coffee (it's a suntrap in the afternoon!). There are also spaces out front to lock bicycles outside and car parking is available with a paid permit to the council.

Bills are not included in the rent, but are made up of: energy, council tax (band D), water, broadband, and TV licence. They roughly come to £130 per month (give or take).
