I am a postdoctoral researcher at the university looking for a flat mate in my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat!
Located in the heart of Jericho and less than five minutes walking to pubs, cafes, and shops. This flat is beautifully furnished and the room comes with a bed, dresser, desk, and end tables (as shown in the pictures). I have lived at the property for a year already, so have a well stocked kitchen and the property would be great for someone just moving to the area. Ideally want another professional and someone who can commit to a one year lease but may be up to negotiate.
To help me get to know you better, please tell me a bit about yourself including what you do for work and for fun. I would ideally love to have a roommate with a similar vibe who would be open to making dinner together or hanging out! I may arrange a meeting via video call or at a cafe before inviting to see the room in person.
