We are looking for a new housemate for our shared house in Jericho from 1 December. The house is lovely — spacious living room and kitchen, and a huge garden. The location is super central but calm.
In total we are four, all working professionals around 30. We’re looking for someone to take over the contract for the room, so it’s a proper tenancy (shared) rather than a sublet. Rent is about £950 a month, which includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.
