Join beautiful flat in perfect Jericho location

We are looking for a new housemate to join our beautiful flat in Jericho! Its a 3 bedroom flat, all DPhil students (one female, one male) and we enjoy hanging out together, like cooking or going to the Pub, but we also all take our space when needed!
The flat is located close to Port Meadow and all the nice pubs and shops in Jericho, a perfect location for nature lovers and pub goers alike!
The flat itself is very modern, clean (no mold!), 2 bathrooms, and nice big open kitchen/living room space, where we often hang out. There is also a small balcony, great for summer evenings!
The room is fully furnished, and faces the back, so it’s nicely quiet.
The rent is £920 a month, all bills included. The room is free from January onwards, current contract can be extended for another year starting in august.
I have been living here for over two years and loved it! Housemates are lovely and the landlord is very reliable, everything gets fixed asap, if needed.
