Are you looking for a beautiful room in central Jericho, right next to the buzzing cafés and shops of Walton Well Road, and just a ten-minute walk from the heart of Oxford? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our lovely flat! We are looking for a young professional, ideally in their mid-to-late twenties or early thirties, to take over a much-loved en-suite room from February ( the date can be flexible if you need to move in a bit sooner) .
The current tenants are three guys aged between 25 and 30. We love hosting relaxed dinner parties and spending time together, but we are equally respectful of each other’s schedules and make sure to keep things quiet after 11pm. Our home is friendly, international, and welcoming – we’d be delighted to meet someone who would enjoy becoming part of it.
Our ideal flatmate would be an easy-going, sociable young professional who enjoys a friendly chat in the kitchen or joining in when we spontaneously gather for a Sunday roast. We cannot accommodate smokers, pets, or couples due to our tenancy agreement, but if you’re someone who values a warm, relaxed living environment and enjoys connecting with your housemates, you’ll fit right in!
The flat itself is modern, recently built, and has been even more recently renovated to a high standard. The landlord is incredibly kind and responsive, and the flat immediately feels like home. We are very lucky to have a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and more), as well as a cosy and inviting living room. You will be sharing a large, spacious bathroom with one other person.
