I’ve been living in this lovely house for over a year and truly love it. Unfortunately, my current flatmate is moving out, so I’m now looking for a new flatmate to join me.

📍 Location:
OX2 6BQ – an excellent location. Only a 10-minute walk to Oxford city centre, yet the street is very quiet and peaceful.

🏠 The House:
The house has two floors:
• Upstairs: two bedrooms (one large, one small)
• Downstairs: a sitting room, a small room suitable for working from home available when I am not using it, and a large, beautiful kitchen
• There is also a private garden at the back

🛏 The Room:
• The large bedroom (shown in the main photo) is available, furnished
• Rent: £950 per month
• Bills + council tax are approximately £250 per month

👩‍💼 About Me:
I work in Oxford, INTP personality, with a wide range of interests. I love cooking and am very good at it 😊
The current house contract runs until the beginning of October this year.
