Double room in lovely Jericho flatshare

Great flatshare available from late feb/ early March (some flexibility) - furnished double room in a 3 bed flat with large kitchen (inc dishwasher), separate living/dining room, 1 shared bathroom.

We're a friendly flat of professionals who like to go to gigs/pubs/climbing walls together or just hang out on the sofa with a movie. We also value our own spaces and downtime too, so it's more of a friends over for dinner house than a wild party house! Looking for someone similar who's tidy and respectful and likes to keep a nice space nice.

Rent is £833 plus share of all bills - approx £900 pcm total. Grad students welcome but will need to pay council tax.
