Shoebox apt, perf Jericho location, 650 +utilities

Hello! I'm a doctoral student at Oxford leaving to do fieldwork from late March.

This room is especially perfect for a foreign visiting scholar. Student-let only. Available April to mid-August.

Utilities not included -- generally 70 a month.

There are currently 6 bedrooms and 6 people including me (mostly international), you'll be taking my room. All of us are Oxford graduate students and it is a rather quiet household.

Communal - 1 full bath, 2 half (toilet & shower in separate rooms); kitchen (small, you can optionally take over my spices and cooking supplies or I can clear it out for you)

Room comes w double bed, pillows, small closet w hangers, tea kettle & stacked w tea, desk and chair stacked w pens, stapler, etc., bookcase (half filled), decorated or undecorated as you prefer (current pics will be its current state). There is one openable window.

I'll be super honest, this room is small and has very little storage space in an old house, but it's worth it if you're someone looking for an excellent location for academics, socializing, and amenities. It's next to Jude the Obscure if you're checking on maps.

Dates are negotiable, deposit and rent are not.
