Double room at the front of the house, in a bright and spacious house in Jericho. Really nice kitchen with lots of cooking space. Large living room with plenty of space for home-working. Bathroom with bath and shower. Shady garden.

The house is a 2 bed house on Walton Street in Jericho, a few minutes walk to shops, bars, cafes, restaurants. 15 min walk to the station or city centre. Right next to Port Meadow for beautiful walks in nature.

I am a postdoctoral researcher working at Oxford Uni and moved to Oxford about half a year ago. I would love to find a housemate who values a friendly & calm home environment. I have lived in the house with a friend and we both love the house and location. Sadly my housemate is now moving to London, so looking for someone to share the tenancy! I am friendly, easy-going, value keeping the house clean, and keen to find someone with a positive, respectful, and friendly approach to shared living.

Rent is £1035 a month, with bills and council tax the total cost per month is roughly £1200. The furniture in the room belongs to my housemate, who is open to selling it to the next tenant.

Tenants are able to apply for a permit for on-street parking in Jericho.
