Friendly house share in Jericho

Hi! A couple of our housemates are moving out soon — all part of the classic shared‑living musical chairs — so we’re looking for two new people to join our home. The house has been passed from group to group for about four years, and we’d love to keep the good vibes going. Students are welcome, but council tax (Band D) will still apply.

We’re a sociable, considerate household who enjoy spending time together when it suits — pub trips, films, cooking, the usual — while also respecting each other’s space. The atmosphere is calm, easygoing, and genuinely friendly. We’re looking for people who want a home rather than just a room.

Two double bedrooms available on the top floor

One room comes fully furnished

The other will lose the bed, but Lucy (our landlord) is great and can arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Two fridges + two freezers (plenty of space for four people)

Rent & Bills
£830 per month

Bills around £100 per month (council tax, utilities, broadband — usually lower in summer)

Rooms available 1st July, with some flexibility for an earlier move‑in
