Beautiful Room with En-Suite Bath in Jericho

I'm very sad to have to move out of our gorgeous flat, leaving my room and especially my phenomenal flatmate Antonia behind.

I am looking for a replacement tenant for a large room with an ensuite bathroom (large shower, toilet, sink, towel heater, mirror shelf) and a full walk-in closet! It comes furnished with a comfy double bed and mattress, blackout curtains, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a large desk and fancy office chair, and even bedding.

Antonia and I have put a lot of effort into making the living spaces beautiful and homely, with a huge couch, dining table, chairs, and other decor.

We have a coat closet, washing machine and storage room in the apartment, a large kitchen with a dishwasher (!!) and a microwave, and floor heating.

The flat is located in the heart of Jericho – right next to Prana Yoga, across from the Victoria Pub. There's a car parking spot in a garage that comes with the flat that we're not yet using. There's also bike parking in the garage.

Council tax is already included! Only water, electricity, and wifi will be shared amongst the two of you. The property is managed by JCP, who have been very kind and helpful with any issues.

Antonia is 24, finished her politics masters last year and is now working as a fulltime research assistant at the Oxford Internet Institute. She's always busy running or meeting friends on the weekends.

We're looking for someone who's nice and tidy and who enjoys living in a shared flat. Please message us with some info about you and tell us when you'd have time to come by to see the room and have a chat! :)

Ideally, we're looking for someone to take over in between the 16th of May and the 1st of June, but I may consider slightly later move in dates. This is not a sublet, but since the Renters Act 2025, all contracts have a maximum of two months termination notice period.
