House Share in Jericho

A room is available starting from the 16th July in a shared house in Jericho with a total of five bedrooms. The area is lovely and peaceful but with lots of nice shops and restaurants. It is a 10-15 mins walk from the city centre, a 10 mins walk from the train/bus station and, a 5-10 mins walk from Port Meadow.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and a connected living room with a big table. There are 2 bathrooms and also a very nice garden.

The room available is the attic room, with a lot of natural light. It’s £946 per month (including council tax and loo roll), plus other bills (energy, water, wifi) for £80 per month per person. The house is managed by Lucy Properties, who are very responsive. The new contract will start the 16th July.

The other people in the house are all super nice and are in their 20-30’s! They all work in and around Oxford.
