Double Room in Jericho

I’m sadly leaving Oxford so a double room is available in a bright and modern apartment from 14th August. The room is furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and chair, a lamp, a bedside table and a fan.

The flat has a large shared living room and kitchen with a balcony overlooking the canal. Bathroom only shared with one other flat mate (as other room is ensuite). The apartment complex is quiet, but is in the heart of Jericho, close to Walton Street which has a Sainsbury's, a cinema and several cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is also a short walk away from both the City Centre and Oxford Train Station. Each flat has an allocated parking space but unfortunately we already use this so there isn’t currently any parking available.


Current housemates are Liv (post doc) and Emily - they both have quite busy schedules so are looking for someone who also mainly works from the office and likes to have a chill clean tidy flat to come back to😊.

Room is available from the 14th August - Liv and Emily are planning to arrange viewings for 7-9th July online or in-person (ideally).

For council tax reasons we are mainly looking for working professionals (or PhD students willing to pay council tax).
