Bright room in lovely queer Jericho house 🏡

I’m sadly leaving my lovely room in a corner house in Jericho, and looking for someone to take over. It’s a really lovely house in a great neighbourhood — close to cafés, pubs, shops and everything you need. It's about a 15 minute walk to city centre and 5 minute walk to port meadow.
The house is a corner property with lots of natural light and feels really bright and pleasant. It has 1.5 bathrooms and a small storage room. The kitchen is particularly great — it’s unusually big for a shared house and is genuinely lovely for cooking and having people over for dinner. The living room is on the smaller side, and we often use it as a guest room when friends visit.
The current flatmates are lovely, friendly and easy to live with, which is probably what I’ll miss most about the place! We'd ideally like someone who is sociable and friendly but not too “lad-lad” — someone who is respectful of shared spaces and wants a nice, relaxed home.
The rental agency is also really easy to deal with, which makes the practical side of renting much less painful.
Move-in date is flexible and can be negotiated, so there’s some scope to work around your plans.
