Two rooms will be available for a year in a friendly five-bedroom household in Cardigan street, Jericho.

* Large room: available from October — £707 per month, plus approximately £50 utilities and £100 council tax.

* Small room: available from November — £680 per month, plus approximately £50 utilities and £100 council tax.

The house is a 2-minute walk from the Schwarzman Centre, BGS, Somerville College, the Radcliffe Observatory, Co-op and Sainsbury’s, and approximately 20 minutes’ walk from Oxford city centre.

The house has one living room, 1 Kitchen with all the basic amenities, 2 toilets and 1 Shower.

We are a mix of early-career professionals and PhD students. We would particularly welcome early-career working people or students who are happy to pay the council tax. Students should also be able to provide a UK-based guarantor who owns a property.
