Private family sized bathroom with bath/shower. On street parking is available subject to parking permit. Off Walton Street with its shops, restaurants and cinema. Would suit post graduate student or professional person who wants a quiet life. You would be completely independent sharing only front door and staircase. All bills are included including council tax. Longer let preferred but all considered.
