When you walk into this house, you're greeted by two friendly little dogs. There is a cosy shared space for relaxing and having social times. The new kitchen’s spotless, Wi-Fi’s fast, bills are sorted, and the housemates are easy to live with. You just move in, settle down and get ready to enjoy life in Oxford. There's a big beautiful garden complete with laying hens with eggs up for grabs.

There is shared use of the well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and sitting room with a real log fire.

We have house meals once a month, and there is a BBQ and a fire pit in the garden.
For home working there is a desk and chair in the room, and you can use the sitting room for working as well. There is a new kitchen where you can sit and eat and utility room with washer and dryer.
Cleaners come fortnightly to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas.

If you have a car then there is off road parking and bicycle, storage.
We are within 5 mins of bus stops with City Bus 35 and frequent services to Oxford (15 mins) and Abingdon (20 mins).
There is a train station in the next village which goes to Didcot and onto London.
There is a lovely walking, running, cycle path along the river Thames to Oxford and Sustrans to Didcot.

The local Co-op is around the corner, as is the Library, post office, popular fish and chip shop and pub. This room would suit a professional person (non-smoker).
