Seeking sociable housemate in Oxford!

We have a bright airy large double room available in a detached 3 bedroom house in lovely Kennington that is situated just outside of Oxford. The housemate must be a cat lover due to Pablo the resident cat.

The bedroom is recently renovated and comes with a large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and wooden wardrobe. There’s also an office downstairs that is available for use two days a week when I’m in the office if you need to work from home.

There is off road parking and the house is right on the bus route into Oxford. The house is a 2 min walk from Co op, the GP, the post office, pub and chip shop. There is even a bakery 20 minutes walk away now!
There is a nice big garden that is perfect for summer bbqs and potentially storage in the garage for a bike (please note this is not always watertight)

You’ll be sharing with me, a young professional who enjoys socialising, is active but also loves to chill when not working :)

Bills come to around £175 but WiFi is included in the rent.
