Cosy Tiny House in Oxford (bills included )

I'm looking to let this tiny house for Hilary term (Jan -March/ April). It's ideally suited for a visiting academic, researcher or writer. The fully furnished house is quiet, warm and comfortable. Wifi is good with easy 10 minute access to Oxford universities by the electric bus. Great walks along the river to the city, with ancient Bagley Woods behind the house. Washing machine, Toaster, oven, coffee press, and kettle, refrigerator and hob. Large shower and heated towel rail, thermostatic heaters. All bills included. I live next door so am available for local knowledge or other help.
